Terms & Conditions
- Cancellations made up to 6 hours for all Locations will be free and without any charge. For all other cancellations, no refund will be processed.
- Amendment in the confirmed booking is not allowed. For the changes in the booking, initial booking need to be cancelled as per the cancellation policy and new booking can be created with payment.
- No show will be charged at full trip rate.
- Rates are quoted for point to point transfer, no detour allowed.
- Waiting more than 20 minutes at pick up location will be charged at AED 65 per hour, minimum for one hour.
- Passengers have to strictly follow the Covid protocols.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the car.
- Pets are not allowed inside the car.
- The trip charges will be debited to debit/credit card upon completion of booking.
- Refund, if any, for cancellations will be processed within 3 working days.
